PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new bioabsorbable fine particles that can easily control the sustained release of the physiologically active substance included in the fine particles. SOLUTION: The sustained release controlling system comprises bioabsorbable fine particles including water easily soluble divalent metal salt and bioabsorbable fine particles including water poor soluble divalent metal salt and can arbitrarily control the sustained release. As the divalent metal salt easily soluble in water, are cited one or two or more kinds of selected from manganese chloride, copper chloride, zinc chloride, manganese sulfate, while one or two or more kinds selected from manganese carbonate, copper carbonate and zinc carbonate are cited as the divalent metal salt poorly soluble in water.
