<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing FEC, comprising directly reacting EC with a F<SB>2</SB>/N<SB>2</SB>mixture gas, by which the product capable of being highly purified only in a simple purification process can be obtained in excellent reaction conversion and in excellent selectivity in mild reaction condition, and to provide a reaction apparatus useful for producing FEC. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the 4-fluoroethylene carbonate, comprising reacting ethylene carbonate with a mixture gas of fluorine gas and nitrogen gas, is characterized by adjusting the sizes of bubbles of the mixture gas with a bubble-adjusting column filled with a filler for filled columns and simultaneously supplying the adjusted mixture gas, when the mixture gas of the fluorine gas and the nitrogen gas is supplied to a reactor filled with ethylene carbonate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
