<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which is hardly influenced by input of vibration and can be made compact. <P>SOLUTION: This battery pack 50 is composed by stacking a plurality of flat cells 100 each formed by sealing a power generating element with a covering material 100a and by deriving to the outside plate-shaped tabs 100t (electrode terminals) from the covering material, wherein the tabs of the respective flat cells are electrically connected to one another. The battery pack includes plate-shaped electrically-insulating spacers 110 (insulation plates) adapted to nip the tab from both surface sides of the tab along the stacking direction of the plurality of flat cells.
