PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for processing and operation in which processes of greatly deducing cost by increasing an application ratio to the total amount by separating related objects from the total amount and displaying as specified, since a fare reduction can be granted if given conditions are met when bringing a large amount of mails to a post office, special mails within a postal zone being a typical example. SOLUTION: This processing and operation system of mail comprises a process wherein mails are sorted into groups by each zip code, the mails are sent and carried one by one in order, a zip code at the address part is read to confirm if it is the related one, non-related one is eliminated, the related one is stamped, the stamped mails are tallied for every group, and printed on a given format, and packed together with the format and brought to the post office.
