<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to simplify facilities necessary for manufacturing compared with the case that an electric wire is assembled to a lamp body like conventional ones and it is molded in three-dimensional shape. <P>SOLUTION: A rear combination lamp 10 is provided with the lamp body 15 to which a plurality of LEDs 11 are attached, and a plurality of electric wires W which are wired to the lamp body 15 and which can be connected to respective LEDs 11. In manufacturing, respective LEDs 11 are attached to the lamp body 15 and respective electric wires W are bent in X, Y, Z directions by a forming machine, and its three dimensional shape is molded.
