PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filters and a diplexer whose interference between elements is small. SOLUTION: A capacitor portion is formed in a laminate, a first inductor circuit and a second inductor circuit to be electrically connected with the capacitor are arranged on both sides in the direction of lamination of the laminate of the capacitor, and a ground electrode to be electrically connected with the second inductor circuit is also arranged inside or on the principal plane of the laminate.
