PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem wherein a user is difficult to read an e-mail at a user's work place, when the mail is sent to a mail address of a PC in a home of the user. SOLUTION: The mail terminal device is equipped with: an automatic mail receiving function; a function for analyzing a command embedded in a received mail; and a function for forwarding the mail to a designated address, if a command for forwarding a mail are embedded in the mail, according to instructions of the command.
