PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate danger of work in high places by moving, and opening and closing an air passage, preventing intrusion of dead leaves, moth, insects, or the like, preventing blockage by nests of bees, spiders, or the like, having clogging of dust, or the like of an air hole naturally cleaned, and eliminating cleaning. SOLUTION: The self-cleaning air hole is characterized by a structure that does not clog by providing the air passage equivalent to a mesh of a dustproofing or insect screen, and moving, namely, opening and closing the air passage by little power, intrusion of dead leaves, moth, insects, or the like, and nesting of bees, spiders, or the like are prevented, and dust, or the like are scraped off during the opening and closing. Many air passages are provided, and opening and closing operation of the air passage is carried out by wind power.
