PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device in which a mail limiting function can be effectively operated without increasing a mail address registered for the mail limiting function and to provide a control method thereof. SOLUTION: A correspondence relation between a transformation source domain by an automatic address transformation function and a transformed domain is stored in a domain transformation table and by referring to the domain transformation table, the transformation source domain corresponding to the transformed domain is acquired from a domain of a mail address transformed by the automatic address transformation function. A mail address in which a domain of a mail address of transmitting/receiving mail is replaced with the acquired transformation source domain is compared with a registered mail address to limit the transmission/reception of the mail.
