<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which can perform communication with a plurality of partners simultaneously in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal comprises a resource management section 3 for managing use conditions of resources used for inputting/outputting media information, a media conversion section 5 for converting the data form of media information, and a session connection control section 4. The session connection control section 4 judges convertible data form of the media information at the media conversion section based on a session connection request received from a terminal, and makes a decision whether the session connection request can be accepted or not by an application at the destination of session connection based on the convertible data form and the use conditions of resources managed at the resource management section.
