<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber kneading equipment constituted so as to improve the intake properties and dispersibility of a vulcanizing agent master batch in a rubber compound and capable of enhancing kneading work efficiency, and a rubber kneading method. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber kneading equipment is equipped with a pair of rolls 1 and 2 for kneading the rubber compound R, a plunger extruder 3 for supplying the vulcanizing agent master batch A to the rubber compound R and a continuous extruder 4 for filling the plunger extruder 3 with the vulcanizing agent master batch A. The plunger extruder 3 is filled with the vulcanizing agent master batch A from the continuous extruder 4 and the vulcanizing agent master batch A is supplied to the rubber compound R from the plunger extruder 3 to knead the vulcanizing agent master batch A with the rubber compound R by a pair of the rolls 1 and 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
