PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer device which enables an improvement in the driving efficiency of a piezoelectric actuator and suppressing of cross talk, and moreover which can more surely discharge bubbles that stay in a pressure chamber. SOLUTION: An ink inlet 14a and an ink outlet 14b of the pressure chamber 14 are arranged near an edge of the pressure chamber 14. A groove 40 extending along the edge of the pressure chamber 14 is formed inside the edge of each pressure chamber 14 of a face at the pressure chamber 14 side of a diaphragm 30, and outside a region which overlaps with a discrete electrode 32 (outside a driving part 31a). Moreover, a parting part 41 which parts the groove 40 is set at each of a region that overlaps with the ink inlet 14a and a region that overlaps with the ink outlet 14b of the face at the pressure chamber 14 side of the diaphragm 30.
