PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vibration and noise low in both of the starting time and a normal time of spin-drying. SOLUTION: An elastic body 32 is provided on the bottom part 71 of an outer frame 30 of a washing machine, an outer tub 33 is supported from below, and an air damper is used for the elastic body 32. Thus, the strong vibration of the outer tub 33 when starting the dehydration due to the eccentric load of laundry is surely suppressed by the elastic body 32 composed of the air damper, vibration transmission to the outer frame 30 by the outer tub 33 is reduced at the normal time, and both of the vibrations and the noise are reduced at the starting time and the normal time of spin-drying.
