<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which makes surface cleanability of a photoreceptor and a filming preventive effect additionally higher, and forms a fine-fineness image with higher image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The sliding and rubbing property of a lubricant 17b and the lubricant coating applicataibility to the photoreceptor 11 are improved by carrying out the optimum lubricant coating application operation to an image area (an amount of toner input to a cleaning section). More specifically, the consumption of the lubricant 17b is required to be ≥1.2 g at photoreceptor travel distance 1,500 m for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of black stripes due to smudge of an eletcrifying roller 14a. To realize the same, a lubricant coating application means causes a lubricant mold body 17b to be pressed to a brush-like roller 17a under pressure of ≥200 mN and regulates the linear pressure of a cleaning means consisting of an elastic blade 15a abutting on the photoreceptor 11 to 0.1 to 0.5 N/cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
