<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance strength and rigidity after construction, to shorten construction time, to reduce time and labor, and to achieve quality improvement and facilitation of replacement work. <P>SOLUTION: Joist members 3 having C-shaped channel parts 4 at the upper faces 3u; deck members 2 having slits 2as in side faces 2a; bolt members 6 having locking heads 6h insertable in the slits 2as; and fixtures 5 held in the C-shaped channel parts 4 and comprising nut members 7 for whirl stop, are prepared. The joist members 3 are arranged at every predetermined space, and the deck members 2 are arranged in an intersecting manner on the upper faces 3u of the joist members 3.
