LUMINAIRE AND ILLUMINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire allowing a worker to easily and safely carry out a reset operation in lamp exchange.

SOLUTION: A pair of lamp sockets comprise a movable socket 5b having a plunger slidable along the longitudinal direction and a fixed socket 5a without having a plunger, and a reset switch 14 is arranged on the fixed socket 5a side relative to the longitudinal center of lamps 4. The reset switch 14 is adapted to reset a lighting time timer, and an illuminance correction means controls an output of a ballast 9 in response to a measurement time of the lighting time timer.
