PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a miniature low insertion loss 2 port non-reciprocal circuit element and a communication apparatus capable of freely adjusting isolation characteristics in accordance with a required specification. SOLUTION: One end of a first center electrode L1 is electrically connected with an input port P1, with the other end electrically connected with an output port P2. One end of a second center electrode L2 is electrically connected with the output port P2 with the other end electrically connected with a ground port P3. A capacitor C1 for resonance and a final end resistor R are electrically connected in parallel between the input port P1 and the output port P2. A capacitor C2 for resonance is electrically connected between the output port P2 and the ground port P3. Matching capacitors Cs1, Cs2 each for impedance matching are electrically connected between the input port P1 and an input terminal 14, and between the output port P2 and an output terminal 15.
