PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment where a quantity of data to be retransmitted can be changed suitably. SOLUTION: After error correction coding of data, the data is thinned and transmitted. Then, it is determined whether to retransmit the data based on reply data replied corresponding to the transmitted data, and retransmission data is generated and retransmitted based on the communication quality of a communication channel.
