PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program information display in which the information about a currently selected program can be confirmed while switching a plurality of display screens having different display layout quickly, and fatigue of user's eye can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the program information display including a region (e.g. EPG display region 22) for displaying information about a plurality of programs based on electronic program information, and a region 21 for displaying more detailed information than that of the above-mentioned region about one program selected from a plurality of programs displayed in the above-mentioned region and displaying a program while switching a plurality of display screens (e.g. EPG display screen 20) having different display layout, display of the display screen is controlled such that the program information display region 21 is displayed while being fixed at a common position entirely for the plurality of display screens.
