PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device capable of easily managing alarm information about for various elements within the panel of a machine tool in a centralized manner. SOLUTION: A relay 1 that outputs a failure detection alarm signal, a battery 1 that outputs a low-voltage alarm signal, a fan motor 1 that outputs a rotation stop or rotational frequency decrease alarm signal and a status signal indicating rotational frequency, a thermometer 1 that outputs a status signal showing the measurement of ambient temperature, and the like are mounted within a ferroelectric panel 10 in the control panel 1 of the machine tool. Each element is fitted with a radio tag to temporarily store the alarm signals and/or the status signal and to send the signals as radio signals. The radio signals received by a receiving device are taken into the numerical control device 1 and, when an alarm is issued, information about the cause (location) of the alarm is displayed as a buzzer (or speaker) 4 is operated.
