PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of giving a wooden fibrous plate having excellence in both performance of high stiffness and high tenacity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the wooden fibrous plate using the composition. SOLUTION: The object is achieved by using the adhesive composition for the the wooden fibrous plate, and the composition comprises a compound having two or more isocyanate groups in a molecule, wax emulsion and a compound having three or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule.
