<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical optical table capable of performing an inspection using a plurality of optical instruments without the need of moving a patient. <P>SOLUTION: The medical optical table 1 comprises: first and second slide tables 2a and 2b on which the optical appliances 51 and 52 are mounted; a frame 3 for supporting the slide tables 2a and 2b; a column 4 for supporting the frame 3; and a base 5 attached to the lower end of the column 4. On both sides in the longitudinal direction of the frame 3, a slide mechanism composed of a pair of rails 11 parallel to each other is provided respectively. The slide tables 2a and 2b are freely slidably attached to the pair of rails 11 respectively. The first slide table 2a is moved on a first straight line M1, and the second slide table 2b is moved on a second straight line M2.
