PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable realizing of an effect with time by solving the problems peculiar to double-side printing that a falling-off paper powder deposits on a surface protuberance, gradually sucking an ink from a printing surface, and smears the printing surface when the deposit rubs the surface of an image, in the same way as when a large protuberance is generated locally, in a stencil process printing device with a double-side printing mode that a sheet printed by a first circumferential surface of a plate cylinder divided into two segments, i. e. the first and the second circumferential surface, is retained by a conveyance means, then both sides of the sheet are printed by inverting the sheet to the position of the second circumferential surface and feeding the sheet. SOLUTION: This stencil process printing device has a conveyance belt (21) which sucks and conveys the sheet through with the double-side printing process and a brush roller (46) featuring a mode of rotating in contact with the surface of the belt (21) and a mode of stopping the rotation.
