PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute so that seedling-growing boxes are surely translocated on a shelf part of a carriage in a seedling-growing box-treating facility by taking out the seedling-growing box from the upper part or lower part of piled up seedling-growing boxes and translocating to the shelf part of the carriage. SOLUTION: This seedling-growing box-treating facility is equipped with a pushing part 16 for pushing out the seedling-growing box 1 supported by a supporting part 4 and translocating it to the shelf part 5g of the carriage 5, and a movable guiding member 56 capable of acting over a retreating position leaving from the shelf part 5g of the carriage 5 to the supporting part 4 side and a guiding position for entering to a position between the up and down shelf part 5g of the carriage 5 and guiding the seedling-growing box 1 to the shelf part 5g of the carriage 5, and is constituted so that accompanying with that the seeding-growing box 1 supported by the supporting part 4 is pushed out by the pushing part 16 and translocated to the shelf part 5g of the carriage 5, the movable guiding member 56 is operated from the retreating position to a guiding position, and when the seedling-growing box 1 is translocated to the shelf part 5g of the carriage 5, the movable guiding member 56 is operated from the guiding position to the retreating position.
