PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out an easily entangling ring-shaped member by the predetermined number, without using a large-scale device. SOLUTION: This ring-shaped member taking-out device is characterized by having a shaft 3 for inserting and supporting a plurality of ring-shaped members 1 and having one or more of locking grooves 2 fitted with the predetermined number of the ring-shaped members 1 in a tip part, and a taking-out member 5 having an abutting part 4 abutting on the ring-shaped members 1, leaving the ring-shaped members 1 locked on the locking grooves 2 and relatively moving to the shaft 3 for moving the residual ring-shaped members 1 supported by the shaft 3 by going over the locking groove 2.
