<p>The present invention discloses a method of controlling measurement between systems, and the method includes: firstly setting a decision rule which triggers measurement between systems based on BLER of up-link and down-link transmission channels in network side of WCDMA; after user establishing a call in the network and entering special condition, network side triggering the measurement of BLER of down-link and up-link transmission channel which is related to user service, and receiving measurement result; network side judging whether the current service quality of user meets requirement according to said decision rule based on said measurement result of BLER of down-link and up-link transmission channel of user, if yes, when the current measurement between systems of user is not triggered, triggering the measurement between systems , else, when the current measurement between systems of user is not closed , closing the measurement between systems. The method of present invention can really guarantee service quality of user, at the same time the method can reduce opening time of compress mode as possible. Also it can be applied to the measurement between frequencies.</p> |
