<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for establishing a cell line expressing the objective protein, for further detail, a method for establishing the cell line expressing a TSHR (thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor) capable of detecting a TSHR antibody with high sensitivity and to provide a system for evaluating functions of an anti-TSHR antibody. <P>SOLUTION: The method for establishing the cell line comprises a step of introducing a gene encoding the objective protein and a vector carrying a gene encoding a carrier protein into an animal cell and a step of carrying out cloning of the cell line stably expressing the objective protein with a system for magnetically separating the cell. Furthermore, the cell line stably expressing the TSHR obtained by the method is stimulated with a blood serum and an activity for elevating cAMP in the cell line is assayed to assay the activity of a stimulating type antibody and an inhibitory type antibody for the TSHR in the blood serum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
