PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a method of concurrently performing a fluorescence immunoassay and surface plasmon resonance method wherein the number of kinds of fixed trap bodies is one, only one kind of target materials can be analyzed in one measuring, and hence it cannot be specified which part suffers cancer, for example.
SOLUTION: A plurality of different ligands are fixed to a metal array formed of a plurality of land-like metal thin films formed on a dielectric substrate, light is radiated from the rear face of the substrate, and the surface plasmon resonance and the fluorescence by evanescent wave are concurrently measured. Thus, screening of concurrently measuring a plurality of items is allowed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
|
