PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent face formed by filling liquid or a liquefied matter with luminescent characteristics in a large amount of elongated tubes. SOLUTION: Liquid or a liquefied matter with a luminescent characteristics is filled in holes of an aggregate of slim tubes, and one side is sealed and is hoisted up and fixed. The lower side is bonded to a glass plate, a plastic plate or the like, and the aggregate is cut in specific thicknesses. Not only aggregates of slim tubes, but a lump of substance can also be cut in uniform thicknesses, after such holes as are made with the aggregate of the slim tubes are drilled.
