PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being structurally impossible to be suspended by a hook arranged on a wall, for example, in indoor use, though a general existing washing hanger suspends a hook-shaped part arranged in its central part by hooking the part on a clothes-drying bar. SOLUTION: A large number of clothespins can be installed similarly to the existing washing hanger, by substantially horizontally mounting a plurality of bar-shaped members on a substantially horizontally equipped column, instead of a circular and square frame. In addition to that, the large number of clothespins can be arranged on both sides of the column or arranged only on one side by constituting the bar-shaped members so as to be substantially half-rotatable.
