PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plug which can be easily connected to a power outlet without using a connection adaptor or a tool, where the power plug has a pair of power terminals and a grounding terminal. SOLUTION: A power plug 10 comprises a pair of power terminals 13, 14 extending out of a body 12 placed on one end of a power code 11, and a grounding terminal 16 in a shape of a tub or a post and formed on the end of a code for installation 15 made of a braid (braided cord) of the power code 11. The power terminals 13, 14 and the grounding terminal 16 are inserted into power terminal insertion openings 23, 24 and grounding terminal insertion opening 26 of a power outlet 20, respectively, to be connected.
