PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact on-vehicle fuel supply device capable of restraining soot generated by an operation state of an internal combustion engine by including oxygen in using fuel. SOLUTION: This fuel supply device has an oxygen including means including the oxygen in the using fuel of the internal combustion engine, and a switching means for switching a fuel flow passage of the using fuel so that the using fuel flows in the oxygen including means. The oxygen including means 18 has an oxygen negative ion generator 40 for generating an oxygen negative ion, and a fuel reformer 50 incorporated with a porous body 52 for passing the generated oxygen negative ion and forming the using fuel into oxygen including fuel by making the using fuel flow in this porous body.
