PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a blowby gas passage for an internal combustion engine, capable of dispensing of engine external pipes, preventing freezing of moisture in blowby gas, and making the engine compact by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: The blowby gas internal passage for guiding blowby gas to an intake port of a cylinder head is formed inside a cylinder head cover 1 mounted to the cylinder head. A blowby gas introducing port 3a communicated with the blowby gas internal passage and a discharge port 2a for discharging blowby gas from a PCV valve 2 are opened on a wall face 1a of the cylinder head cover 1. Moreover, a cover 10 covering the blowby gas introducing port 3a and the discharge port 2a and capable of communicating these ports 3a, 2a with each other is mounted on the wall face 1a of the cylinder head cover 1.
