PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work support device for minimizing reduction in productivity, even on a work of a small lot multi-production, without being influenced by the processing number of the work. SOLUTION: This work support device has a work support tool 11 having a peripheral-shaped work fixing part 19 for supporting the inner periphery of the work W, and a device body 31 engaged with the work support tool, and is formed by successively replaceably arranging the plurality of work support tools.
