FIELD: processing wood, plant growing products, organo-containing fossil fuel, as well as domestic and industrial waste; power engineering; public utilities, chemical, wood-working and oil refining industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes heating components at preset rate followed by direction of gaseous fractions for further processing by condensation. Organo-containing agents and waste are ground to size of particles of 0.05-5 mm; high-rate heating is carried out with no admission of air at 10 to 106 deg/s at temperature of 751-1000°C continued for 10-10-5 s. Gaseous fuel thus obtained is cleaned by passing it through liquid fraction of preliminarily condensed fuel. Organo-containing agent and waste are pressed between revolving shafts at temperature of shafts of 751-1000°C for 10-10-5 s; rate of delivery of organo-containing agent and waste is set within V=(0.02-0.2)D where V is rate of delivery, g/s and D is diameter of shafts, cm at speed of rotation of 1-100 rev/min. Provision is also made for grinding solid fraction to sizes of particles of 0.05-5 mm and heating it in gaseous medium or in vacuum at two-stage process by high-rate heating with no admission of air 10-106 deg/s at first stage in different chambers at temperature of 371-550°C at first stage and 751-1000°C at second stage for 10-10-5 s.
