PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for classifying biological samples by using gene expression data at a plurality of time points obtained from each biological sample. SOLUTION: The method in which features of the samples and biological reactions are further reflected is established by integrally treating amounts of features in time-series of the samples as a pattern.
