PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting device and a liquid consumption amount control method in the liquid jetting device which can utilize liquid without waste. SOLUTION: When the liquid introduced to the side of a liquid jetting head via a liquid feed channel from a liquid reservoir means based on the pressurizing force of a pressurizing means is sucked and discharged by a suction means from a nozzle formed in the liquid jetting head, the liquid remaining amount of the liquid reservoir means is calculated, a liquid consumption amount counter value which is the consumption amount of the liquid discharged by the suction means in one suction is determined based on the calculation result, and the determined liquid consumption amount counter value is recorded and controlled for calculating the liquid remaining amount in the next liquid discharge.
