PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular under cover capable of making airflow on a lower surface smooth without providing another part, and without generating an eddy at an attaching seat portion having a downward opening portion. SOLUTION: The attaching seat portion 31 having the downward opening portion 311 is protrusively provided from a bottom surface 29 of the under cover 10 toward an upper side. On the opening portion 311 peripheral edge front side of the attaching seat portion 31, a stream lining projection 37 having a forward tilting surface 371 projecting downward from the bottom surface 29 is formed.
