The device (1) has a rigid insert (2) comprising a locking clip (3) serving to couple on clearance hole of wires, or electrical cables, in a case. An elastically deformable body (5) has a fixation unit and a peripheral sealing lip (7) preventing penetration of water and dust air. The body and the insert are made of different materials and connected at level of their interface by a physico-chemical reaction. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a connection device.
