The device has a series of independent heavy bodies (27) circulated in a single circuit path (8), raised in liquid of a tank (2) by buoyancy and lowered in a tank (3) to rotate a friction wheel (9) by number and weight of the bodies. The friction wheel is rotated for driving an alternator to produce energy. An axle (17) of the friction wheel is connected to an axle of the alternator by passing through an opening.
