PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmissive electromagnetic wave shield seat which excels in the aging stability of light transmittivity and electromagnetic wave shieldability as well as resistance characteristics for scratch, elasticity and curl. SOLUTION: In the light transmittivity electromagnetic wave shield seat 1 in which a conductive layer 7 is formed in one surface of a transparent substrate 3 in a pattern shape at least and a resin layer 9 is laminated on the pattern conductive layer 7 formed in the pattern shape, the resin layer 9 contains a monoolefin series hydrocarbon or a diolefin series hydrocarbon as a constituent at least.
