PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation device for saving power in which electric energy can be saved using infrared rays. SOLUTION: The insulation device for saving power comprises a plastic housing 10 having inner wall coated with a ceramic layer 11 principally composed of sericite emitting a rotating electromagnetic wave and intercepting it not to be leaked to the outside, an inner lid 20 supported by a fixed height sustaining rod 12 in the housing 10 and making the rotating electromagnetic wave emitted from the ceramic layer to repeat absorption and emission so that resonance absorption can be performed, a conduction plate 30 fixed to a supporting insulation plate 31 for transmitting the rotating electromagnetic wave which is to be introduced into a free space between the inner lid 20 and the floor plate, and an electric wire 33 connected with a power bus for feeding the rotating electromagnetic wave from the conduction plate 30 to the outside of the housing 10.
