PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer device of an internal combustion engine which has a simple structure and which can lead lubricating oil to a specified oil feeding position while suppressing scattering of lubricating oil. SOLUTION: In a balancer device 1 of an internal combustion engine having a balancer shaft 2 provided so as to be coaxially connected to an inner rotor 7 of a positive-displacement rotary oil pump 5, a lubricating oil passage 11 passing through the insides of the inner rotor 7 and balancer shaft 2 is provided from the surface of the inner rotor 7 to the oil feeding position on the balancer shaft 2.
