PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of establishing the resistance against slipping off a rim and a low hump exceeding pressure simultaneously. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is equipped with a pair of bead parts 1, a pair of side walls 2 coupled with the bead parts 1, and tread rubber coupled with the side walls 2 and forming a toroidal shape, wherein each bead part 1 is furnished with a first bead wire 3, a rubber layer 4 adjoining to the bead heel side of the first bead wire 3, a carcass layer 5 wound round the first bead wire 3 and the rubber layer 4, a second bead wire 6 arranged on the bead toe side of the carcass layer 5, and a reinforcing layer 7 wound round the carcass layer 5 and the second bead wire 6.
