It is intended to disclose a composition to be used by dispersing/dissolving, preferably before using, in an aqueous vehicle such as water which is excellent in the dispersion/dissolution properties in the aqueous vehicle and stability after the dispersion/dissolution and the dispersion/solution of which in the aqueous vehicle is favorable in appearance, taste, flavor and texture such as coarseness as a food or a drug. The above-described composition is a composition to be used by dispersing/dissolving in an aqueous vehicle characterized by comprising a lactic acid bacterium containing a mineral component at t high concentration.
