PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle for actualizing easy connection between the variable speed part of a continuously variable transmission and a variable speed actuator and allowing easy assembling and maintenance work for the variable speed actuator or a change-over means. SOLUTION: In a transmission case, an input shaft is arranged to which power is transmitted from an engine. An output shaft is rotatably fitted relative to the input shaft. A cylinder block constituting the continuously variable transmission, a hydraulic pump part on one side thereof and a hydraulic motor part on the other side thereof are fitted to the input shaft. At least travel driving force is transmitted from the output shaft via the hydraulic motor part. A side wall member for bearing the input shaft at one end is detachably installed on the transmission case. The variable speed actuator for controlling the variable speed of the hydraulic pump part and the change-over means for operating the variable speed actuator are arranged on the side wall member.
