PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration of a check valve to be inserted into piping of a refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: The check valve 100 to be inserted into the piping 5 of the refrigerating cycle comprises a valve seat 110, a spherical valve element 120, and a valve supporting member 130 integrated with the valve element. The rod valve supporting member 130 is slidably inserted into a guide member 140. A coil spring 150 energizes the valve supporting member 130 and the valve element 120 in a direction horizontal to a flowing direction F<SB>1</SB>of refrigerant. A vibration absorbing spring 160 elastically supports the valve supporting member 130 at its outer periphery for absorbing vibration in a direction perpendicular to the flowing direction F<SB>1</SB>of the refrigerant.
