PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion powders from being produced within two case constituting members formed with an opening for outflow when both the case constituting members are welded with vibration while preventing marginal elements from getting out of portions between both the case constituting members in the case of supporting the elements by sandwiching them using both the case constituting members mutually welded with vibration. SOLUTION: An upper case constituting member 7 is formed with an upper extending portion 33. A lower case constituting member 9 is formed with a lower extension 15. Formed are a welding protruded strip portion 39 in the upper extending portion 33, an upper pressure-contacting portion 43 for pressure-contacting with a peripheral portion of the elements 5, and a depressed portion 45 into which protrusions 51 of the elements 5 are fitted. Further, formed are a groove 21 to be welded to the lower extension 15, a lower pressure-contacting portion 25 for pressure-contacting with the peripheral portions of the elements 5, and a protrusion 27 to be fitted into the depressed portion 53 of the elements 5.
