PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system which enables a user to easily capture an image having the desirable composition. SOLUTION: The imaging system includes: an imaging unit; a composition determination section for determining a composition of the image to be imaged by the imaging unit; position indication units for indicating at least either a position of the imaging unit or a position of a main subject; a position presentation section for presenting at least either the position of the imaging unit or the position of the main subject indicated by the position indication unit; and a composition storage section for storing a plurality of compositions indicating a background image and a position of a subject in the background image.
