PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program generation device for generating a program which can be loaded on an integrated microcomputer. SOLUTION: Divided models 21 obtained by dividing a model 2 prepared for automatically generating a program in each arithmetic period are generated by a model dividing means 11, and a source program 22 is generated from the divided models 21 by a program generating means 12, and those respective source programs 22 are compiled by a compiling means 14 after an overlapped memory is erased by an overlapped memory erasing means 13, and memory areas are allocated to those source programs 22 by a link means 15 so that execution programs can be generated. Then, those respective execution programs are called and integrated by a preliminarily prepared base program, so that a program 3 operable by an integrated microcomputer can be generated.
